This coin just really blows my skirt up... my kilts too for that matter. MS66*. The slight scratches you might see are on the slab. One thing you can't see very well in the image is that the whole upper periphery of the eagle from wingtip to wingtip (where the field meets the devices) has a thin line of fuchsia toning that really highlights the sucker.

I'm not much into toning, since to me most toners look horrible, but I LOVE that coin. I really like the one PCGS has on their site for the Morgan information also.
