Was looking on Ebay at picking up a 1989 Donruss PSA Biggio card, besides him getting his 3,000 hit I always thought it was a cool looking card, anyway they have a bunch of PSA 9s and 10s for auction, but prices are all over the place. BINs for $20, $27 and $37 for the PSA 10?? Even the PSA 9s are scattered in pricing.

they do it all the time and it works . I have picked up a card for 9.99 when there was they had the same card in another listing for 24.99 and someone paid the 24.99. I assume they list things by the submission when they get it back , 1st try is a high price , second is a little lower and third is dirt cheap with a buy it now. if the same card comes in on another sub , they start the cycle over again with the card on the new sub

yep, I believe depends on how many times the auction has gone with no bids, they will keep lowering it to a certain point.

Pretty sure they try it both ways...they'll list a card at a higher price, if it doesn't sell, they'll lower it. Conversely, if a card sells, they'll list it again at a higher price.

I am assuming that since they have sooo many cards listed, they do not know (or get a handle on) on the different prices for the same grade of the same card. Because they get the same card from different subs, they may pricing it differently each time based on their pricing formula. And if the card may be hot when they put the BIN up.
