Do PCGS graders deny top grades to coins submitted via Economy tier?

    Absolutely not...PCGS graders give their best opinion of the grade, with no consideration of value. However, if we find someone abusing the system by deliberately undervaluing coins, we may hold their order up until they pay the proper fees for the appropriate service level.
