PSA Sample Card?

Has anyone ever seen these? It has an EARLY flip (dot matrix) that is of a common, lists the year, name and says 'sample' under that. has the card #, and under wheere the grade should be it says "GRADE" and has a bogus PSA cert. Was seriously considering it, but wanted to know if any of you have any or have even heard of them. The guy says PSA gave them out as promos to promote PSA when they first started grading cards....

im trying to attach my photo, but what you have is a sample card graded by PSA, im talking a real card in a sample PSA holder, from 86. Im an idiot with computers. Ill get it posted
