Why would anyone want this?

I don't understand the attraction to this "card" or whatever one would call it.

  • I making some 1987 Topps Baseball cutouts. I figure that's the only way they'll be worth anything.image
    Maybe I should see if he would trade. I mean their not the same card and I have a whole card, yet he has an elusive cutout so I can only hope.
