Baltimore Show

My dad and i were thinking of running over to baltimore friday night, then attending the show saturday. Is it a waste of time going to the the show on Saturday? Any comments would be appreciated!
Want to buy an auction catalog for the William Hesslein Sale (December 2, 1926). Thanks to all those who have helped us obtain the others!!!

    Sorry I can't help with the question. If I could get a day off work I would go just for the sake of going . Last time I asked the powers that be for a weekend off, the reply was, " It better be for your funeral or your wedding". image

    It's a great idea. Most dealers will be there on Saturday, fewer on Sunday, but there will be many, myself included, table #400.
    PNG member, numismatic dealer since 1965. Operates a retail store, also has exhibited at over 1000 shows.
    I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

    Well worth the trip if you are going to make it there when the doors open.

    That's the day I usually go.

    A number of dealers will be packing up and leaving by mid Saturday.

    The ideal day to go is Friday. Barry is right. Around 1pm, dealers will start packing up and going home.
    If you are going on Saturday, get there when the doors open up at 10am.

    Just as many have said, if you can't make it Friday, come early on Saturday. The joint will be jumpin'.

    You definately have to get an early start on Sat. Half the dealers will pack up after lunch to make the trip home. Some of us, do stay through Sunday image Please stop by 1313 and say hello

    a saturday trip to the baltimore show is well worth in IMO...wear confy shoes,...its hugh !!!!!

    Due to other engagements, my family and I will not be able to attend till Sunday... Sooo, I guess it will be my family and one dealer so far on Sunday ...lol.

    Sadly were not looking to buy anything either image
