Are you asking as a collector or a potential flipper? The possible answer could change depending on that piece of info.
  • AS collector i am asking.

As a collector, I would probably buy now. While they could go down in price, I do not see them below offering price in the foreseeable future. However, who knows what the upside is? If you really want to collect the series, make your best effort to buy the rest from the Mint. In the long run, even if you overpay for the first two by a couple hundred dollars each, the end result will be inconsequential.

If I were going to buy just one coin now, it would be the Martha proof. I think the proofs will be more popular than the uncirculated, and Martha will be more popular than Abigail.

    Just my opinion.

  • Changing the subject slightly. I am currently torturing myself by watching that fat guy on "Shop at Home" sell the Martha and Abigail Presidential Bronze pair for $35.00 + 5.00 shipping, $40.00 bucks for the pair!!!!

They cost only $3.50 from the mint image

Stop me!! it's like a car wreck! Is that why I watch?!?!
Sure, we want to go home. We want this war over with. The quickest way to get it over with is to go get the bastards who started it. The quicker they are whipped, the quicker we can go home. - General George S. Patton

I've got hooked a few times, just listening to the hype is entertaining.

It was also entertaining to read the reviews from the links in this thread: image

    Their customers reviews thread

Also I do think it was good advice that if anyone wants the first spouse coins get them from the mint when you can.
