Been on hold 5 minutes as a type just to renew my PSA membership

man customer service is not understanding- I explained I have not submitted in a few years and she said" no problem since you are a member just send them in. I say I just want to renew my account and she put me on hold for a total of 8 minutes.



I explain I want to renew my subscription- and she still doesn't get it! I am on hold now!

Should I do gold or platinum package?

however, she got it right and got me the platinum deal for 169.00!

    I cannot get a psa subscription anymore, I gave up trying 2 years ago. I sent payment and they refused to send my SMR and vouchers to my correct address. Even after about 10 phone calls, they did refund my money to the right address though...Go figure?
