97-Cent Shipping on Baseball Card Guides

I cannot recall if this has ever been mentioned here.
I was looking at WalMart's site. They have lots of
baseball-card guides/books that can be mailed to
your house for only 97-cents.
The book prices are pretty low, too.
I cannot, obviously, drive to WM for 97-cents.
Seems like a good way to shop.
I did not see any cards for sale, so I emailed them
to inquire. No response yet.
