Super quick turnaround time poppage - uggh!

Super fast turnaround time on the June $5 special as this was received June 20 and just popped today. I cracked numerous boxes of 1983 OPC and thought I had a shot at several 10's but got hit hard with the 8's. The Bonds cards I was hoping for 10's on at least 3 but I'll take the 2. The Frye was PC and the vintage was about what I expected although I thought the 60 Sample would be an 8. Overall disappointed mostly because of the OPC which I thought were perfect.

The Bonds 9's and 10's are nice. Did you break sets to get those or what?

No offense to you but this is just utterly wrong.

There are people here waiting months for subs.

Hell I had one logged in on 6/11 that had a whopping 11 cards and yours goes in on 6/20 and they're done?

Ditto on the quick turnaround time.

So far, all but one of my submissions in the past two years have taken less than 2 weeks to pop. The one that took a month to pop included Mothers Cookies cards, which were maybe too odd-ballish for the graders to know what to do with?

My last sub went to beckett, I can't take the waiting. I have 300 cards ready to send for the June special, they're not going.

I have had great luck in terms of quick turnarounds so I can definitely empathize with you guys that haven't. It would be frustrating as I get impatient with a couple of weeks let alone months. I always submit more modern, Topps stuff. Could this be a moderator in terms of turnaround time? I have often wondered this. That is, perhaps some of the older stuff, etc. takes longer to grade? I am just asking as I don't really know.

I'm curious if those that package their cards STRICTLY according PSA guidelines (i.e. stickers, use long forms for 25+ cards that have the exact same format as the normal forms, proper marking on box, etc.) get their subs graded quicker than those that don't quite do everything in the guidelines??

Also, would I be right in assuming that if I included a $13/5 sub and the June $5 special in the same package, that they'd be forced to grade the June $5 quicker, since they've already had to open the package to pull out the $13/5 cards?

I fit both of those scenarios... nope and nope.

Well, I do everything they ask, but I don't use the stickers they suggest though, I use those narrow file-folder stickers and stick them up on the top of the Cardsaver 1, on the back of the "CARD SAVER I" logo. Less chanse to damage cards that way when you stack the Card Savers and wrap them up for mailing, IMHO.

Here are my 5 and these are all standard issue regular sports cards. 3 of the subs are all of the same set so I just ruined that theory
