Ebay. Ever had POSITIVE feedback removed?

Got an enail from eBay stating that a member that I had sold 4 items to was suspended and as a result all feedback left by him was removed. Sure enough, looked at my feedback and his positive feedback for me was gone.

If a member is NARU's within 90 days of opening their account, eBay removes all feedback left by the member. This is done to prevent someone from maliciously signing up for an account and leaving retalitory feedback.

I got the same message this morning. I had one pos. feedback removed. I cant seem to figure out which buy/seller that i had used that got suspended.

Just go to your "My Ebay" page and scroll through Items Sold or Item Purchased until you see the NARU note by the name

Yes it happens to me on occassion. Often, it is people who have abused the system with unwarrented negs. Unfortunately, their positives go out also.

Yes I did. A few years ago I sold a coin and the buy didnt pay. He was a newbie and left positive feedback for me even though I hadnt even shipped the coin. After 2 weeks and no response I left negative feedback. Three days later I received a money order for the coin. We contacted Ebay and we got his negative feedback removed, but it also removed the positive for me. Thats why my account shows 1 feedback withdrawn.
