I just tried to order the pres dollar proof set and was haulted in my tracks when the final total showed up. I am supposed to pay like15$ for the proof set and 17$ for shipping and handling?!?!? Is there any way to lower this? and is that the normal price for shipping?

Shipping is $4.95, no matter how much you order.

Unless you hit something to do more than standard shipping or possibly ordered a gift box, I agree that it should only be $4.95

Sounds like you clicked "expedite" for shipping.
Not worth it, imho. Also, if you order over $300 at once, you get expedited for free...just stay with the standard $4.95 shipping.
