Did anyone buy the First Spouse coins at the Mint Gift Shop on day of release?

I was wondering if these were available at the gift shop on the first day of release, it they were I may drive up there for the next issue and buy the max. Anyone have any information on this??

More than likely they are not. I called up the one in Union Station in DC when the 20th Anniversary AGE sets came out and was told they are only available from the U.S. Mint web site. I haven't tried for the spouses but it is propably true for these.
