Reminder: ICG $99 internet special

I just did a search and noticed that no one posted about this here. ICG has a $99 certification special that expires at the end of this month. 7 coins, valued up to $5,000 each, 15-day service, for $99. This includes return postage and insurance, which makes it very nice. That works out to $14.14 net (plus your shipping costs to ICG) per coin.

Not a bad deal, especially since you can mix U.S. and world on the same order (I just called and verified this). If you want to use it for ancients, there's a $5 additional charge per coin.

Unlimited use, just make sure packages are postmarked by June 30.

Yeah, I forgot about it entirely until I got an email reminder from ICG earlier today... I know what I'm doing tonight... and I still have my 5 freebies from NGC to use as well... hmmm decisions... which to send to NGC and which to ICG... Ergf.

How so? I actually like them better than NGC or PCGS holders. Yes, they're a lighter weight than the others, but they seem just as durable and are the easiest to photograph.

For some reason, I just don’t find them aesthetically pleasing, comparing to ANACS or NGC/PCGS.

A whole bunch of coins off to ICG... a wide variety of pieces. Some questionable pieces deliberately sent. The results should be interesting.
