    I do not believe so.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I think it has a shot at NQ. I did a quick estimate with Photoshop rulers, and the centering at its worst (bottom left corner) is 30/70 or better.

Remember, it's not the amount of border that matters, it's the ratio. These cards are decpetive since they don't have much border, so even the slightest of shifts makes one side look really thin. 20/80 would mean the right side is 4x larger than the left. Even without the help of any tools, I think it's fair to say the ratio is nowhere close to 1:4.

Czar - In the future just send the scan. Im not talking about all the helpful guys that will read and answer your question, but there are some other "non contributing" members that only read the posts, and now you've alerted them to a live auction that you have an interest in. Just my advice.

  • very close for a 9 NQ (I get 65-35 but the scan is too fuzzy to get precise pixel counts) but this is extremely close. 8 NQ for certain.

    Nam,
that thought crossed my mind, but with the hassle of cracking/crossing over and having a good possibility of not getting a straight 9 i was passing anyway on this one unless i thought i was seeing things with the centering.

thanks for you advice. lurkers on this board who have it in for me--i don't believe it!image
