I have 3 free gradings for 1959 Topps fb - does anyone have a 3 card free voucher that we can swap for?

    The free voucher I have states it is non-transferable.

    Agreed - buy I would send my cards to the other person and they would send me their cards. There is nothing wrong w/ that. I've submitted my cards under someone else's voucher before.
