Does it normally take this long ?

I handed in a submission on the 18th of May at a NY card show and here it is the 23rd of June and nothing ,does it normally take this long ? they orginally said it would take 20 days.They say not to call to inquire about a card submission ,what am I to do?

My last submission was logged in the day they received it, and grades were posted 19 days later. This was the 5.00 non sports special.
