i am experiencing the same exact thing with a gentleman collecting 1952 topps. he was a very very strong bidder on all the singles, finished his set, and now relisted and sold alot of them at a loss. he certainly did not try to make any money and he did not do anything shady. i even asked him his intentions and he said he just wanted to put a registry set together and he accomplished his goal so he was then selling it as singles.

He will probably will make the same or more, more traffic will get bids on his '52 cards.

They have different certification numbers, so A) its a different card, or B) he re-submittted it thinking it could get a 10 and didn't.
  • Kinda surprising the Aaron sold for that much less.

The scond seller had perfect feedback, compared the first seller's 99.5%...and the second seller's scan was a lot better.

Can't win 'em all, I guess.

Timing is key to every auction, timing and how many people see the auction/ have interest.

Maybe the other Aaron was stronger than his original and he sold it.
