1975 Mini Wax Case break question??????

With all the boxes that came out of that case. Did everyone bust them or did most of them stay unopened. And what were some of the better cards pulled from that case. Any PSA 9-10 Hofers? Or were most of the cards mis cut. I was thinking about buying a Mini box from BBcexchange. But I want to open it. But I wont if these seemed to pull hardley any gradeable cards. I bought a box about 4 years ago from a different case. And I pulled several 9-10s with not really any being MisCut.
Any thoughts. What was pulled from BBCEXCHANGES case? Anything?

    I busted a whole box. Didn't grade a single card...probably a few straight 8's, but no 9's or 10's.

    85% were o/c or miscut.

    Yup.

I blew my unopened packs out on EBAY.

    With soooooooooooooooooo many bad
cards in the case, it seemed prudent to
    dump the packs.

BBCE has another case for sale. $25K.
If it came from the same source as our
    case, I would pass.

BUT, seeing the cards come out of the
packs and get posted on the board was
    a very fun experience.

Man he didnt get 1 Brett or Yount. And he had only 25 cards that he felt should be graded. I heard of someone who had a few 100 of those cases and I bet thats where BBCEXCHANGE got those cases. Most seem like junk with the cards coming out. Any thoughts of what i should buy to bust if you had 2000.00 to spend on some wax?

I got Brett, Yount, Carter, Rice, Ryan, Hernandez, both Aarons, both Ryan RBs, etc. Just lousy quality control. Corners were razor - should have been a monster. With $2k to spend for fun, I'd go with 1975 Topps Racks (not mini's) - but if your goal is making money, I'd go with cheaper modern stuff that player & team set collectors pay $ for. Not as fun, but better ROI. Lee (CDsNuts) posted some thoughts on this method a while ago, and his thoughts were very sound.

Personally I'd rather see a regular wax case break. I'm a HUGE 1975 Topps fan but I prefer the big cards, not those tiny ones.
