"History" Boxing Card ID Help?

Does anyone have any info about this Sugar Ray Robinson card? I'm thinking "history" was maybe the name of the series, not the company that produced the card? Seller listed it as 1960 but not sure if that is correct. Seller was in Canada if that helps. Measures about 4 and 1/4" by 3". Thanks!

    Thanks for the welcome. If this drops to page 4 without being identified, I guess I'll just assume it's the world's rarest card and contact Sotheby's immediately ;-)
