Oh yes, I remember them. I use to own the entire set but couldn't resist playing a game witht them. The cards are intended to be used simulating a game. So you could use each card maybe 4x before you scratched all of the circles off. The whole set bks at $10.

They are 1981 Topps scratch-offs. You can pick up packs for around 2 bucks and sets for between 3 and 5 bucks.
Pick up a complete set and use yours to play the scratch off game. Definately worth the price for the fun they give....
