I was in Toys R Us yesterday and found there , I never knew they sold cards ?

    OK, I'll check back in a little while .
    Right now it's time for Boy Scouts .
    We have the Space Derby today and we're hoping to take 1st .

    The prestige football was fun and nice looking cards, dont know about the others.

    The press pass 2007 was are neat cards.I got two auto out of three boxes opened.The autos I got were amobi okoye, and aaron ross.I sold both of them.But the dude that bought amobi has not paid yet.But I would open it.

    Crack the Bowman.

    I was looking on ebay at the 07 Bowman on what I could pull. Noticed theres no GU cards. I then thought "well maybe I can pull a printing plate". I never have pulled one. Bought 4 packs from the hobby shop and pulled a auto and a printing plate !!

    Thanks guys , Back from the scouts . . . what a cool morning!
    What I like doing is buy 2 of each box, stick one unopened in the closet and then crack one .

    This time they ony had these ones , so I bought what was left .

    I'll crack em all and then run out today and try another Toys R Us and see if they have a few just to stick away .

    Then I'll post some scans . . . . Seeing a lot of the guys crackin em online was pretty cool, so I figured . .. why not , it seems pretty cool .

    Anyone in particular I can hope to get from any of those boxes gentlemen ?

    I hope this comes out ok , I only played with it 100 times trying to get all the cards on with quality pics , at 1 time up to 58 mb worth , so I guess I'll show what I guess are the best ones in there . . but my best might not be your best too . . .ya know what I mean ?

    I had something similsr happen , I walked in and got 1 pack of Bowman Herritage 06 and got a Alex Gordon Graph.

    Nothing too spectacular in the 07 p/p but . . .what can ya do ??

    Oi! Forget the boxes of cards for a minute... how did you do in the space derby?

    Man, I must be old, we only had soap box derbys when I was a wee little scout.

    It's probably not what yer thinkin man .
    you have to carve these little propeller powered rockets , like 7 " tall , then ya race em on a string , like 50 -70 ft , it was pretty cool , we beat a lot of the guys , but we lost in the semi finals , we did beat everyone in his pack , so we were happy about that .

    Right now I'm trying to figure out the best way to post these pics, the scanner bed needs to be bigger , I might take a coupla 36 mm cause that's all I got besides the scanner . . .

    OK, I'm definitely not doin this again , until I get a new scanner . . . This thing is junk and goin in the trash , I must have spent 3 or 4 hours tryin to get a halfway decent scan for the cards without them being distorted in some kind of way . . . Anyway

    I couldn't stop at 1 box, so I picked up 2 more 07 Bowman and a box of opening day too .

    This is what was good .

    1. Justin Ruggiano Blue Border parallel # to 500 Odds 1 in 31
    1. Jeff Fiorentino Gold border Rookie
    1. Esmerling Vasquez Blue Border # to 500
    1.Seth Fortenberry Orange Border Parallel # to 250 Odds1 in 65
    1.Matt Merricks , Signs of the future Group E Autograph Odds 1 in 84
    And the best one I got I guess is . .
    1 Gilberto Mejia Chrome X Fractor Parallel # to 275 odds 1 in 350.

    Ya know . . . I coulda hit that Red chrome refractor parallel with a 1 in 18,600 odds , But it's all goood .

    The on the Opening day , all I really got was a
    1 of 1 Willy Taveras Printing Plate for the color yellow and that's about it on the baseball .

    I still have the 07 Prestige and might just keep it in the closet . .

    My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
