Pre-war cabinet photo help....same ballplayer?

I just bought this cabinet photo off ebay...anyone else think for sure this is Mike Simon? I put Mike Simon's 1910 Sporting Life card up to compare...any info would be appreicated. Not even sure if this is a issued series cabinet or not. If it is him, would be a minor league photo before the big leagues..

Definately Mike Simon. Thats his 3I league photo before going on to be with the Pirates. Nice pick up.....

Looks like I have a pretty good confirmation over on Net54 guys this is Mike Simon.

**the writing at the bottom just says Simon, Peoria ....which after looking it up he played there 1905-1907 before going on to play for the Pirates. Pretty excited...no idea of value, but hopefully worth the $100 I spent!

I think that writing pretty much confirms it in itself. I think it was a pretty good pickup.
