The Mets....amazing! As a Reds fan I will not ever be a sillies fan. I was 9, the Reds were a few trades away and in the summer of 1969 I was caught up in the hype! sorry cubbies! The amazing ones.....and you ask why do I think the Mets were amazing? Well they were a team, no major superstars- Ryan -nope Seaver? yes he was golden from jumpstreet. What made the Mets amazin was they was a TEAM lol- the first expansion team to win it all. LOL and don't forget asking Mom to buy corn flakes so I could get the cards.........
