Hi Guys, Why is such a nice set like 1964 Topps Giants so inexpensive to collect? It is stocked with hall of famers along with many minor stars of the mid 60s. It is also very colorful and bigger than basic cards. They also look awesome in the larger PSA holders. I must admit that I have started this great looking set three times before. I have made it to 26 PSA 8 cards in hand - twice). I keep getting side tracked by other larger sets and by cash flow problems. Now that I am not actively collecting any larger set, perhaps this is the perfect time to jump in again. I already have (7) PSA 8 cards in my new collection and will be looking out for more. I noticed that many of the cards sell for around 50%-60% of SMR so I'm going to see how far down the road I can get with this set. If anyone has any advice or PSA 8 cards for sale at the going market rate, let me know. Thanks, Neil

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
In the end who really cares about how many were issued and how many high grade examples are still out there. Each and every one of us who claim to collect strictly for the love of it should put together a set of those classics.
