Should I even bother with this auction...

So I've taken a sudden liking to the 1977 Chillee Willy discs. A seller listed a complete set on Ebay. He says in the auction description that they are all mint. No pictures/scans etc. in the auction. I email him and ask if he has any scans of the cards. His response: 'Sorry, no camera so no pictures. And they're coasters, not cards--3 5/8 inch diameter.'
Should I even bother???
Should I even bother???
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

<< <i>I say it is risky from an investment standpoint. The set is 80 bucks and a PSA 10 just sold for $1.81. It is the only 10 of Hargrove I think and not even for the grading fee. I would say no. >>
I know--I was the high bidder on the Hargrove
I figured If I can pick up 10's that cheap, building the set should be pretty easy...
