everyone else is smarter than I am - request for help

Looking for yet another quick lesson. Everyone else seems to be able to pick a picture of a coin or something special to them to use as their "logo" and my poor skill set has me picking one of the stock items. If someone would be kind enough to tell me how to replace my "blue dragon" with a picture of one of my more favorite coins, I would be grateful.

It is kind of dangerous now that I actually have pictures of my coins... I want to use them.
