    Congrats to Verlander. The Tigers have some pretty impressive young pitching, and they did a great job with being patient with them while developing their potential.

    Too bad he couldn't get Bill Hall out all night though (0-0 with three walks)... image

    Maybe this is already obvious to the rest of the world, but Justin Verlander is the real deal. Barring injury, he's going to be dominant for a long time.

    If you enjoy baseball, you owe it to yourself to watch this guy pitch. He nearly incorporates catching the throw back from the catcher into his windup. Old man Pudge barely has enough time to squat down and the next pitch is on the way.

    He was just toying with guys tonight.

    It was fun to watch, that's for sure.
