Operation bullpen Marino still in business?

Just looked on ebay under Angelo Marino and there are 2 listings for signed prints by Angelo. One of the listings as the sellers has the name "angelosons "and the other is a card company. Even though they are only signed by Angelo, if he was busted in Operation Bullpen, why is he even given the chance to sell anything in sports related field? Why would he not be banned? I do not know for sure if he is the same one but it looks that way to me.
