Go Spurs! Their run is awesome. Duncan gets no respect. And, Will Smith (aka Horry) can now get his 7th ring.

I love the cavs and have always been a fan. The only way they will take the rest of this series is if they make their shots they only shot something like 35% all night last night and were 3-12 from 3. I was watching it and it was hard to watch because everytime they had an open shot they missed it. Even if they would have shot 50% last night the would have won. So unless they can shoot better they are going to be kicking rocks on Sunday night

LeBron was clearly fouled on that last play. Was the the ref looking at, Craig Sager?

I agree he was fouled. I wonder if the Spurs debated intentionaly fouling a 68 % free throw shooter as as opposed to letting him take a clear 3.... and were as amazed as everyone there was no call and that James got the shot off as well as he did.

Whatever, James showed class after the fact in saying the contact was incidental and did not affect the shot, even if it did. He does not make excuses.

  • i HOPE THey manage to win at least one game. James needs a better supporting cast around him, much like Jordan needed Pippin and Paxon et.al. lebron doesnt make excuses which I like. Hopefully the are competitive for a long long time.

Whether they go out in 4 or 5, the Cavs will end up getting that supporting cast this offseason.
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

Terrible basketball, its almost not watchable. I don't know what to make of it, but I can see why they are losing fandom.

I disagree that it is terrible basketaball. It is defensive basketball, which is not exciting basketaball. Run, gun and dunk style basketabll has resulted in two huge embarassments to the U.S. in the last two Olympics. The Spurs are not terrible. They are relentlessly effective at what they do. But admittedly they are not much fun towatch....unless you are a Spurs fan

With everyone already writing off the CAVs, I kinda want them to make a comeback and win.

    HOWEVER!!!

The attention James would get for being the first to come back down 0-3 would become absolutely unbareable.

"Jordan never even did that" or "He's the bestest EVR!1!"

Just put them out of their misery, please.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
