milk spots? help

I recently won a $5 Canadian silver "Fireworks" coin slabbed by PCGS. It appears to have some spots on it
and I was wondering if its normal for silver to spot when slabbed? This is the first, and so far, only slabbed coin I have. It came from a very generous man from the Isle Of Man. It is a very special coin to me.
Any ideas what I should do ?

No, it's not "normal", but it does happen sometimes. If they are actually milk spots versus, for example, water or carbon spots there is nothing you can do. They are permanent.
