My question for Spooly on this is: What is the definition of a dealer? Full-Time, Part-Time, Some-Time.
As for part A, how does the fact that you do not have to have a registry mean that those who do would be dissed? Maybe someone does not have a registry because they do not like the way it is currently run, and by changing some things will then get one. It really does not matter, I have one set consisting of one coin number. The coin is not even in the holder now, but it is a registry set and it qualifies as I am the owner of the coin. This is not much more than someone who has no set. I am not sure you are getting a massive group of non-registry set people who want to be a part of this.

A Reg Set collector and non Reg Set collectors can ask to run. Then everyone votes for who they want to work on the Reg Set issues.
A Dealer was defined as someone that has a personal website or tables at coin shows for selling coins.
