What does this mean?????

FACTORY MISPRINT NO GRADE-VOUCHER N/A Not Holdered, No Holder Available

This was a regular sized card 1996 Circa Barry Bonds Checklist (a Rave) #198. I looked in the POP
report they have never graded a #198 But have graded 31 other Rave Circa cards. Confused?????
I pulled this from a pack in 1996?? What is factory misprint about this card. Just curious.

The misprint is easy. The card says he was clean. JK

Does it have the sparkly foil that the other raves have? is it numbered out of 150? If not, it would be looked at the same way a 1992 Topps gold card without the gold foil would.

CD, believe it had the sparkly foil and definitely numbered ?? out of 150.
