Desert Shield checklists don't have the stamp. The only thing I can think is that PSA either opened a Desert Shield pack and graded the cards right out of it, or they relied on the submitter's opinion.

I've opened packs of these and no for a fact that the checklists are not stamped or marked in any way. Basically, there's no such thing as a Desert Shield checklist which is why I was shocked when I saw this auction. Does PSA even look at the bulk submission cards anymore?
