Looks like somebody had a bad sample auto to copy




I don't have a lot of Clemente autos (one) but the ones I've seen haven't looked anything like the one for sale.

To give the seller the benefit of the doubt, if he got the signature in the mail, it was probably signed by the same person who signed the team sheet facsimile...very likely a clubhouse employee.

However, that being said, definitely not a Clemente auto...not even close.

It looks like it might be one that I signed on a card as a kid in '69.
Theres a whole set floating around somewhere....
