Blocked bidder wilsontb777 ?

Bidder wilsontb777 just contacted me about a coin and why he is on my blocked bidders list?
I put him on block for some reason but am not sure anymore. Anyone have any experience with this buyer?

You may want to try in the main USCF or World Coins forum (depending on which one you frequent) as those forums are generally more the ones where blocked bidders come to light.
