Small scratch on reverse lower field. I'd call it an MS 66/67. Really a bullion purchase. Open to all offers.

Edited to show that the date is 1999 not 2001. I got my proof collection back recently and my $10. proof made a DCAM PR 70 and that was on my mind as I wrote this. My apologies.
