Thoughts on this swiss shooter?

I know the pics are small but I thought I'd consort with the board's expert advice. To me, it doesn't look like its hairlined, just a little cloudy and nice semi PL.

I bought mine from the Swiss master, Craig Keplinger. Craig was more than awesome to deal with, and I was pleased when it came back from NGC at MS65 (which i think it deserves). Many of these Bern issues look PL, and many like mine have very nicely frosted devices. In fact, i'm thinking of seeing if NGC agrees that it also rates the 'PL' designation. I also understand that there are 'specimen' strikes. After seeing some nicely frosted regular strikes, i'd love to see how good a specimen strike is. I have a 1964 Krause 'swiss shooting thaler and medals' book, and i seem to recall the mintage for this one is 25,000 (the book is in my desk at work).
The obverse on these are really detailed, and a joy to look at under magnification, the Helvetia woman is almost high relief and the amount of detail that went into these are incredible. The names near the bottom of both sides are the respective engravers/designers.
Overall, the Swiss shooting Thalers are awesome coins, terrific designs and seriously undervalued IMHO (for now, at least)
good luck!
