I bought 50 1998 mint sets last year. I mainly bought them to look for quarters to submit. I did make 2 PCGS MS67 1998p and one 98d. I recently went through them again looking at the other coins and submitted them. I now have a 98p MS67 and a 98d MS66 that are really nice, but I don't collect dimes. Make me an offer. Neither are FB. I would consider a trade for Washingtons!

Good luck finding a D mint in FB's, I've tried mint sets (more than I care to admit) and rolls, with no luck.
However one roll did have a couple FB's that would probably have graded 63-64FB max. image

    There are 11 FB's for the 98-D.
    1 MS64FB
    3 MS66FB
    4 MS67FB
    3 MS68FB
Not the hardest year to get a gem grade in FB, but tough enough....
