Why Does He Capitalize Every Word He Writes?

I think I might ask him some questions. There's a very good chance I will end up on his blocked bidder list.

I like how the fine print is actually the auction.

    "Hi,
I have a few questions about this item:

    - Can I pay using paypal if I win?
    - Can I pay you in monthly installments?
    - How much is shipping to Canada?
    - How much to end the auction early?

    Thanks."

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

He can't be all bad.....his spelling and grammar appear to be pretty decent.

When I was selling those cards last year, I was so tempted to list similar rules because (even though I was SMALLtime for several months) there were always at least one or two people each and every week that were "problem" bidders.

  • That auction is impossible to read. All caps and underlined. Hah, a large 4 screw holder with a label probably made on his computer. Boys, I'm goin' into the card gradin' business!! image

I got a 2000 topps limited factory set off this guy about 2 months ago. Slowest shipping ever but the price was unreal.

The price was unreal because he scares off all potential bidders with his ridiculous rant of his terms.

Reading that made me feel like I was being scolded. I even mumbled "sorry dad" afterwards.

He left a negative feedback for someone who paid for his auction but did not communicate with him:

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I took that as the buyer left him a neutral or neg saying they didn't receive the card instead of emailing him and this was his retaliation.

I have often wondered on all the auctions that say something like "God Bless", how many of them actually mean it?

    EDITED TO ADD:

I have no stats, but IMO, almost NONE of the blessers "mean it."
Those who do, should "pray in the closet" for me, and leave their
"religious" slogans out of their listings.

DISCLAIMER: It is not God's fault that sooooooooooooooo much of
his sales force is made up of evil/bad/psycho people.

I just got a package of cards with an little pamphlet titled "Are you going to heaven?" Probably not after the wonderful thoughts I had about the person who was thoughtful enough to include such a gracious gift with the sportscards I purchased.

  • Why doens't that cheap SOB who insists on sending re-used SASE bubble mailers bid on one of his auctions? It would be like worlds colliding!

A self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is when you send payment and another envelope with your address and postage on it. The seller then sends the item you won in your envelope. Most people that try this do not pay anything for postage on the auction.
