Paypal Website Down?

was uanble to access my account earlier & now i can't even log onto their website...
anybody else experiencing similar issues?

I thought I read this morning would be down until 130pm

I just tried to log into my account and got this message::


"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry or try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Message 3004"

Yesterday and this morning they kept saying something about them going to be down 11:30 - 12:30 or something like that.
