uh oh.....lost my psa/dna submission .............

They cant find my psa/dna submission i sent on 5-7...... it hasn't been logged. I have called three times, the last two promised return calls. I have received zero returned calls. I do have the usps receipt showing sent priority with insurance. Anyone else experienced this, or have any advice?

Thanks

I wouldn't worry yet. I had this happen to my PSA/DNA submission about a year ago. On the plus side after I was finally able to get ahold of someone who could help they moved my submission to high priority and I got it back sooner then I would have even if they hadn't "lost" it.

Can you confirm with the USPS if/when the package was delivered? I would start there and if they have a delivered/signed for date, this may help PSA delivery room.

did you mail it with delivery confirmation so the package could be tracked? Insurance doesnt track the package.

I have received zero returned calls.

    There's a SHOCKER!

I wouldn't worry too much. With your reciept showing proof of delivery (and who signed for it) you should be fine. I doubt their gonna wanna buy your cards from you.

Of course they wouldnt buy your cards. There is no proof they were received especially since you didnt mail them the suggested way (registered mail). I also don't send them via registered mail but I do priority WITH delivery confirmation. I want to be able to track them because sometimes USPS does have its issues.

The package can be tracked if it was sent insured. Not by us peons, but by USPS employees. You can ship packages to PSA via whatever methods you choose. Having the ability to track the shipment is probably a good idea.

In my infinite wisdom i only shipped priority with insurance. Not registered and not DC. It wasn't a very big submission only three cards. But, three cards i would like back, nonetheless. Off to the post office shortly to see what the deal is......

If you have the USPS insurance thingy, take it to the PO and someone can look it up there.

The new USPS rules changed the signing of insured packages from $50 to $200 (What my PO told me). Since you sent on 5/7 and if insured for more than $50, they should have a delivery signature.

    Best of luck.

It got worse instead of better. It used to be that anything over $50 is signed for and has the blue USPS bar code sticker and receipt. Now it's anything under $200 gets a black sticker and NO SIGNATURE but it does get scanned as delivered. Over $200 gets the blue sticker and must be signed for.

Addict if you need usps help trying to find/prove delivery PM me and I'll see if I can help.
