Should the mule error wash/sac be part of the required set??

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
Since all the discussions lately have centered around the D/S, double motto, etc. being part of the washington sets, then shouldn't all errors of this type be required?? If so, which set should the Washington/Sac mule error be a part of, the state quarter set or Sac dollar set?

    Yes i think it can be a part of the set... we would all just have to lease the number for, lets say 4 months at a time, so that way we all have a shot at being in the top 5 "all time" for a few months. When your time is up, remove the number from your set, then the next person uses it.

    Then so should the 22K Gold Sacawagea's be required. Now, all you got to do is figure a way of going up in space a retrieving them...
