I would just factor it in my bid. I agree it's outrageous, but I'll always just bid lower to compensate.

2 reasons- #1. To avoid Ebay fees. #2. In case of a claim/refund, they only have to refund the price of the item before shipping charges. A lot of people forget to "factor in" #2 when they are bidding.

Yep, to save on fees. I don't like it when sellers scan raw cards in holders or penny sleeves.
