Am I Being Ripped Off?

I was curious if there is any limitation to how long a person can be contacted after supposedly placing a winning absentee bid. I placed a bid at an absentee bid at an auction 15 days ago for 2 sms sets, with a very strong grade cameo cent, for $55. I was told that they would call me after the auction ended. Now I have been contacted 15 days later being told that I am the winner with a bid of $55. I am trying to figure out if they are just saying my bid won, or they opened with my bid - which under their policy they should not have. It just seems weird that 15 days later I find that I am the winner for the max... but then again people usually bid extraordinarily high at these auctions using bad price guides...

<< <i>If you're getting the sets for $55 and one of them has a strong cameo Lincoln, then I'd say that you're not getting ripped off.
