Does the new registry lock up anyone elses computer?

Whenevr I follow a link to someones set, my computer freezes up and I have to reboot


I am using older equipment with Windows 98

    I have an old HP with windows 98 set up in my coin room. It does the same thing you mentioned. I only use it to pull up the pops and or price guide. It does the lock-up with the registry also. So for that I have to use one in another room, it has windows XP and works great.
    It may be time for an upgrade.... image

    It does sound time for an upgrade. My windows xp works fine.
