Mark Murphy sells a pack guide for $8. Here is the link Guide. I guess he now only charges $5. It was released in 2002 and probably isn't the greatest for prices, but it has a lot of information and a lot of great photos in it.

However, just do a completed auction search on eBay.
It doesn't make any sense that we all complain of price guides being "way off", then wish we had one.
I know it's not as convenient, but it's the truest measure of prices realized.
