Topps has produced a 5-card issue for those collectors who purchase a VIP package at the 28th National Sports Collectors Convention in Cleveland this summer.
Topps has created cards that look and feel and will actually seem like real 1957 Topps baseball cards. The five cards will be numbered as an extension of the original 1957 set, starting with number 408. Player checklist of these "cards that were never produced":
1957 Topps Mickey Mantle MVP
1957 Roger Maris Pre-Rookie in his Indians uniform
1957 Roberto Clemente featuring ’56 accomplishments
1957 Bob Feller Tribute card – (1956 was his last year)
1957 Mickey Mantle/Yogi Berra
Those 28th National VIP Club members who purchase a VIP Club membership for ($119.00 advance price, $129.00 at the door) will receive a gift package that is valued in excess of $700. Each VIP Club member will receive a 4-card Topps pack of 1957 Topps National VIP baseball cards that will contain 4 of the 5 players listed above.

Earlier this month, eTopps also announced another "cards that never were" VIP giveaway promotion for the National.

Call me crazy, but since I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, can someone else confirm that a Mantle/Berra card has already been produced?

I don't think that there has. You must be thinking of two other players.
