HELP NEEDED: Let's Play "Guess The Autograph" (Football & Basketball Experts Welcome!)

Back in the day, I used to buy a lot of autograph collections and accumulations. One of the fun things with that was to try and figure out some of the autographs that weren't identified either by list or by notation on the back. Most of these usually went into a box and I'd get to them whenever. Recently I have been trying to catalog my autographs and there are some signatures still in the box I can't seem to get a handle on.

I believe these are all Basketball or Football players, college and/or pro. The guy who collected them seemed to like Hall of Famers, All-Americans, and Award Winners. These can be from any area from the 1920s to the 1970s. Any help or guesses are greatly appreciated. My main area of expertise is baseball and hockey.

First name is Frank of Jean - last name could begin with M or U.


This is possibly Jack Tatum "The Assassin".


Ken Byrd? Possibly associated with U of Kentucky Basketball?





Possibly Bill Spears Vanderbilt QB 1962? Can anyone confirm?





Bob French but can't find an association with any sport.
