1739 Concordia Counterfeit coin/medal. ID help please!

This one has me stumped. I thought it a United Netherlands (Holland) imposter but can't find anything that this matches so maybe it was a medal of some sort? Anyway, it is large, 43 MM in diameter (larger than an American silver dollar) and appears to be a silver plated copper coin. The edges are reeded at about an 80 degree angle. My picture taking skills stink, so I inverted the colors on one set so the entire legend is readable. It is in medal alignment. Any ideas on the original or if this is a medal of some sort?
TIA,
Rick

Nevermind - no idea. The crest underneath the rider is similar to Amsterdam, though...

Heh, Rick. Don't thank me, I changed my mind 10 seconds after posting it image

Plated coppers can be worth something to counterfeit collectors. Throw it on eBay, maybe? I have someone who might be able to quote you an actual price for it. Let me PM you.
